shifting your mindset

As we are approaching the second week of January 2024, most of us have taken a recount of our 2023 and determined what things, relationships, experiences, moments, and memories we need to sustain and those requiring a shift. Some of us have decluttered our homes and offices, but have we decluttered the thoughts, impairing emotions and behavioral responses impacting our wellness and growth. I started 2024 by committing to decluttering my home, closet, and finances (still a working journey), while decluttering I rediscovered things I lost and discovered things I had outgrown. Some of these things were connected to old relationships, experiences, and memories that were cluttering my ability to move forward and let go off the past. After decluttering, I found some clarity and freedom, however, I know to maintain this clarity and freedom my commitment to wellness will require a personalized, integrative, and individualized reassessment and planning. Because this is a wellness journey, it requires intentionality and consistency. I hope you’ll take this journey with Focusing on Self.
