Do you offer payment plans? Yes, monthly subscriptions are available to make services more accessible and flexible for your needs.

Do you accept insurance? At this time, insurance is not accepted. All services are self-pay.

What is your refund or cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

What should I do to prepare to work with you? Clients are required to complete and submit the intake questionnaire prior to their scheduled appointment to ensure a productive and personalized session.

Is life coaching a substitute for therapy? Life and wellness coaching is not a substitute for evidence-based therapy with a licensed credentialed provider. If moderate to severe stressors arise that meet the criteria for a mental health condition, Q. Wright may recommend a higher level of care with a licensed professional.
