Ms. Qwanquita Teressa "Q" Wright, a native of Lincolnton, Georgia, currently serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Life and Wellness Coach who incorporates spirtuality into her coaching sessions.  She is fierce, passionate, and a purpose-driven woman of God who eagerly seeks to impact and influence change across all communities. Her years of experience include individual and group practice, education and training on psychological well-being and wellness, research and training on wellness, trauma,  psychological flexibility, and community, racial, and generational trauma. She is a philanthropist  and community advocate, invested in promoting long term wellness.
